Mike "JB" Prior From hair raising stories about close calls in Fighter Jets, to the fascinating secrets of Fighter Pilot planning, execution and de brief, Mike is accomplished facilitator, instructor and presenter with high level military, commercial and legal experience. In the RAAF Mike was one of the youngest Fighter Pilots to fly the F18 Hornet before going on to complete many important local and overseas deployments and leadership roles also serving as an elite FCI (Fighter Combat Instructor). After leaving the military Mike succeeded in senior management roles in Aerospace before obtaining his Law Degree and starting his own Law Firm, TVP Law. Mike works with Sabre clients to help impart some of the skills and insights gained as an elite Fighter Pilot and Instructor to help business teams achieve “execution excellence”. Mike’s presentations are highly engaging and he has a rare blend of elite military and elite commercial success to share.

Peter Souter Pete has been a distinguished leader in some of the Australian Army’s busiest military units and operations. A graduate of The Royal Military College Duntroon ARA, Peter served with 2/14 Light Horse Regiment and 2nd Cavalry Regiment RAAC and was deployed on Active Service in Timor (where his detachment received a Force Commander’s Commendation) and for 2 Combat Tours of Iraq (his second as Adjutant of the Overwatch Battle Group in Southern Iraq for which he received an Army Commendation). He has also served as an Instructor and Company Commander at Royal Military College Duntroon where he was responsible for the ongoing team and leadership development of future Army leaders. With considerable experience as a youth counsellor and development leader prior to joining the Army, Pete brings a unique set of instructional, life and leadership skills to the Sabre team where he leads Sabre events and is also a key presenter of our Team DNA and Battlespace approaches. He speaks with great authority on authentic leadership and teamwork.

Captain Dale
A. Dye, BA - USMC (Ret.) Dale heads up Sabre USA and is also the founder and CEO of one of the most innovative businesses in the United States, Warriors Inc, which serves as the premier military technical and leadership advisors to the television and motion picture industry in Hollywood. Warriors Inc has consulted on major productions such as HBO’s, “Band of Brothers”, and on major motion pictures such as Steven Spielberg’s Saving Private Ryan, and Oliver Stone’s Platoon and Alexander. A highly decorated Marine, who rose through the ranks to become a Commissioned Officer, he has served on assignments around the world and is an accomplished actor, author, director and businessman. He has many fascinating stories and leadership lessons ranging from his own combat and business experience to running his famous Hollywood boot camps for top actors such as Tom Hanks, Matt Damon, Charlie Sheen and Tom Cruise to prepare them for some of their most challenging roles.

Talan Miller Founder of Sabre, Talan has created many successful projects and programmes for major corporate clients across the globe (including The United Kingdom, The United States, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, The Bahamas, and Fiji). Talan founded the company in 1988 initially based on military themes and skills gained serving as an Officer in the Australian Army. He has since grown the company to incorporate a unique variety of themes, approaches and styles that are keenly sought by major clients from around the world. He has considerable experience working with people and different corporate cultures at all levels. He is an expert in Team Role theory and practice and has delivered many presentations to major corporate clients on Teamwork, Diversity, Leadership, and Military theory applied to business and has also been a very successful conference and event MC.
