Teams work cross functionally across geographic zones to build working models of a complex device designed to meet specific client aims for a lucrative contract. Teams must tap into their own creativity and innovation and make best use of available time and resources to meet the client’s needs, however, the client’s needs (amongst other things) will change to make things interesting.
