Picture your teams embracing the philosophy of an elite martial arts dojo as they seek to perfect their skills and discipline via the paths of the ancient masters. Focus, discipline, teamwork, wisdom and power are needed to meet the challenges of the Dragon and earn their place as true Martial (or Sales) Warriors. Talent and ability must be complimented with application and dedication in a range of activities that have an Asian flavour. A myriad of task and challenge categories can be inserted into this event to parallel important conference, sales or organisational issues. Each team will progress from basic white to black level and true mastery of the art and important messages built into this tailored event. Duration: Variations can be designed from 2 hours to half day Key Learning Points / Messages: Highly adaptable and can be tailored for team effectiveness, discipline and focus, overcoming task overload / activity trap, planning and prioritisation, resource allocation, diversity and team roles, cross-functional working, common focus, motivation, fun and networking, planning, individual and team execution, de-brief / process review skills, overcoming challenges / obstacles, managing change.

A spectacular introduction is tailored to take the teams into
a different world. Amazing feats and costumes set the scene
for a transformation from basic white belt skill levels, to
those of black belt master in whatever chosen level of complexity
and challenge mix we set for them to overcome.
