Recently we had another opportunity to work alongside him with the IT Development team of a major European client in Northhamptonshire UK. The complex and often very sensitive task of initiating a much needed change programme across their entire organisation has been entrusted almost entirely to Chas.

Like most of Dryll's clients, this organisation has utilised their unique approach to drive the positive change process from its very inception to the now critical implementation and development phase. A series of intensive and ongoing courses are being delivered at Dryll's residential centre in beautiful Snowdonia North Wales in conjunction with targeted workshop and workplace initiatives across the organisation.

As part of a critical and evolving process the team have been equipped with the process tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement from within. A quick fix, or superficial approach is never the aim of Dryll, rather it is to deliver long lasting and ongoing approaches that actually do make a difference.

Ensuring that the momentum of the change process is actually cascaded down through the entire organisation is a challenge, and one that is often underestimated by a client once the painful threshold of addressing real feelings and issues is reached.
