Team Building Gold Coast
So what makes the Gold Coast such a great venue for Team Building?
Well, as Sabre has been delivering solutions on the Gold Coast since 1988 we feel pretty well placed to recommend this destination for all manner of team based experiences.
When we first started our business back in 88, we were based at The Gold Coast War Museum designing and delivering fun military themed adventure training, paintball / skirmish games and simple initiative tasks.
For quite a while we delivered just at this one site, but as the years progressed we experienced increasing demand to move off-site to many other locations.
Some of our earliest events were at the old GCI (now the QT Gold Coast), The Pan Pacific (now the Sofitel) and The Sheraton Mirage Resort. We have many fond memories come flooding back when we run events at these locations today.
As group sizes got larger and larger we also started to set up some of our major events at The Boomerang Farm at Mudgeeraba with those loveable characters “The King Brothers” and their family.
Team Building Gold Coast has certainly evolved a great deal since then, with increasing demand for not just outdoor team activities, but also indoor business games and approaches. This means we can now deliver team and leadership development solutions at pretty much any venue on the Gold Coast.
Over the years we have been able to make use of the exciting CBD areas of Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Coolangatta and Southport. The unique aspect of these CBD areas is that we have great access to the many kilometers of beach, that the Gold Coast City Council graciously permits event based use of. In fact, The Gold Coast City Council is by far one of the most “event friendly” cities anywhere in Australia.
Resort Precincts such as The Spit, Sanctuary Cove and now also Salt at Kingscliff have also proven popular locations for clients to plan team based activities with us.
And let’s not ignore the “Green Behind The Gold” that is the Gold Coast Hinterland.
Our home base of Mudgeeraba has hosted many great events, as has Springbrook National Park, Binna Burra and also our good mates at O’Reilly’s Guest House.
So the question for curious business tourists headed to the GC for some Gold Coast Team Building is often more like “what can’t we do here” as opposed to “what can we do here?”.
Gold Coast Team Building really is a bonanza of opportunities to match great indoor or outdoor options with the many venues and locations that the GC has to offer.
