From there, each group draws a real or fictional future challenge from a “problem box” and uses AI Tool Cards, ethical decision checklists, and core AI concepts to generate practical or imaginative solutions. It’s a low-stress, high-engagement way to explore the rapidly changing AI landscape.

In the upgraded Team DNA version, we incorporate Belbin Team Role profiles to form well-balanced teams from the outset. This adds a deeper layer of insight into how different operating styles can collaborate most effectively—especially when navigating the opportunities and pitfalls of new technology.
