Sabre is a specialist in the fields of team building, team development and leadership development and has been since 1988.
There are three main aspects to our business.
Team Building for M.I.C.E (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events).
We design and deliver a wide range of themed activities, games and events that are tailored for the MICE market Australia and World-wide.
Sabre can work indoors, outdoors and with all group sizes.
As this is the market in which we first designed team building approaches, there is a tremendous depth of knowledge, experience and approaches upon which we can draw for each client. Sabre also designs brand new approaches to meet the specific needs of a client whether the drivers are around themes, learning outcomes, venues or duration.
As we also deliver at the higher facilitated learning and development level, we can "cherry pick" from these levels to bolster MICE content with genuine take-away value and follow-through as required.

Team and Leadership Development / Learning and Development
This level of our business draws upon a wealth of theoretical underpinning and practical experience using high-end professional facilitators, process tools and business games and simulations.
Sabre has worked with clients to design meaningful content for leadership academies, the building or integration of business teams, our "Team and Leadership DNA" approaches as well as longer-term "Sustainable Teaming" programmes.
The advantage we have as a compnay is that we can draw from our lower end MICE product range, or higher-end development tools as required to design programmes that are both fun and engaging yet also serve as robust L&D solutions.

Belbin Profiles, Reports, Consulting, Sales and Service
Sabre is an officially appointed Belbin Regional representative.
This enables us to produce Belbin Profiles and Reports for clients that can be deployed within the MICE market, team and leadership development markets or for internal L&D programmes.
As a Regional Representative for The Belbin Model we are also able to deliver the official 2 Day Belbin Accreditation and Certification Courses to accredit consultants, leaders and L&D profesisonals in the Model.
Our highly experienced Belbin Master Facilitators, Speakers and Consultants can also work with clients to ensure optimal value from their use of the Belbin Model, Profiles and Reports for a range of uses (team development, individual development, leadership development, conflict resolution, recruitment, career path planning etc).
We are also able to offer full sales and support for all Belbin software, accounts and products to enable the development of genuine ongoing internal capability.
