Sabre has been a thought leader and innovator in the field of team building and leadership since 1988.  This has resulted in a large range of event and activity formats that span virtually every possible style, theme and format.

 

In the early days of the business Sabre designed team building formats mainly within the military theme, but quickly expanded the styles and themes on offer to take onboard music, art, fashion, film and sophisticated business games and simulations that can be tailor made to suit client aims and objectives.  

 

The Google friendly term "team building" has become a bit of a catch-all for many types of activity these days, and the options found are not always valid tools for building a team or developing one.  Whilst many of the options featured here can be a great deal of fun, there are also those that can actually achieve meaningful team and leadership development outcomes (or indeed both fun and outcomes). 

 

In fact, the concepts you see here are by no means all we have to offer, as quite often we will avoid putting some of our best ideas onto the internet or into brochures.
