The challenge requires teams to use sophisticated plans to build their own seaworthy boats by working cross-functionally to meet a tight deadline for the build project.
This great activity works veery well as a stand-alone challenge, or it can be given what we call a ‘Team DNA’ upgrade. A Team DNA upgrade adds an interactive workshop and Belbin profiles and reports to provide lasting insight into individual and team strengths.
