The new financial year has kicked off with a bang, with clients engaging us to deliver everything from high-energy team-building events to our more in-depth ‘Team DNA’ and ‘Leadership DNA’ workshops across Australia.
It’s shaping up to be a busy few months on the road for our team, working with a diverse mix of corporate, government, education, defence, and NGO groups looking to boost new financial year team engagement and team performance.
Even though we’ve been doing this since 1988 it never gets old for us with veteran and new Sabre team members diving into each client’s sessions.
Whilst times have certainly changed since we kicked off, every new financial year we see clients investing in their people to ensure that people are engaged and valued in the midst of increasing change and uncertainty.
With the so many disrupting factors making the workplace ever more complex and risky for teams, spending the time to enhance team performance, psychological safety and engagement is not wasted if the right sessions are undertaken.
We always find that our more sophisticated Team DNA and Leadership DNA sessions have the greatest impact over and above the stand-alone activity-based team building formats. The addition of a tailored workshop and Belbin individual and team reports offers far greater lasting value to take back to a workplace.
