What is Team DNA*?


Team strengths and weaknesses are defined by the diverse chemistry of behavioural styles that are contributed via its members.


Just as biological DNA contains the genetic instructions for the development and function of living things, what we nickname the ‘Team DNA*’ thus defines a team’s behavioural strengths and weaknesses that inform a team’s day to day functions.



What is the Team DNA* Approach?


Team DNA* uses evidence-based analysis of behaviours at work within the team combined with tailored workshops, experiential learning and follow-through actions.


We use individual Belbin Self-Perception profiles and 360-degree Observer assessments to create insightful personal profiles. These in turn can be used to compose practical team and other reports. We thus obtain practical insights into individual and collective behaviour in a genuinely workplace context.


Experiential content is drawn from Sabre’s unique and extensive portfolio of options, with workplace follow-through tailored to suit the actual needs and aims of the team and the organisation.


We can also train internal people to design and deliver your own follow-through and workshops ongoing as a powerful lasting capability.
