This is the tenth year in a row that we have been given the wonderful opportunity to work with cohorts of Junior Leaders from Surf Life Saving NSW in Sydney at Collaroy.
These groups offer an insight into the quality of young leaders that are attracted to this organisation, and the quality with which they are encouraged and nurtured into their future roles.
The mixture of experiential team building challenges selected each year reflect the fact that these guys are not only up for a challenge as individuals, but also know how to pull together as a team when required.
Sabre enjoys working with school, youth and university leaders in these sorts of projects and is proud to make a contribution to the quality of their ongoing personal and professional development.
