Belbin Week: Honouring the Legacy of Dr Meredith Belbin

Dr Meredith Belbin, the visionary behind Belbin Ltd and a pioneer in team dynamics, passed away on 6th March at the age of 98.

Recognised globally as the originator of the Team Roles theory, Meredith's groundbreaking research into the dynamics of team success versus failure has underpinned our understanding of teamwork and effectiveness for more than four decades.

Meredith would have turned 99 on 4th June. To mark this milestone and honour his immense contributions, we’ll be dedicating the week commencing 2nd June 2025 to celebrating his life and work. We’d love for you to join us in this tribute.
