The Quest is a sophisticated and engaging way to get out and about in a chosen destination with a fun team building format.

The Quest delivers intelligent fun while genuinely developing team cohesion and understanding. It’s a highly adaptable format that enables the design of tailored team challenges to powerfully demonstrate the importance of balance, diversity and complementary team roles.

Each Quest is customised to align with the client’s specific aims, objectives, duration, and chosen venue or destination.

Drawing from an extensive menu of themed team building challenge tasks, we weave each element into the overall event framework. Teams soon discover that they can’t possibly complete every task across the various categories—so strategic thinking, prioritisation and planning quickly become essential for optimising performance and making the best use of time and space.

Ideally, a Quest begins with a Belbin Team Roles workshop, giving participants the opportunity to explore individual and collective strengths and weaknesses. The subsequent activities then have a strong evidence-based foundation for team composition, debriefs, and—most importantly—credible workplace application and follow-through.
