Team Building Projects Australia

Sabre has many successful team building projects that can draw out key insights and learning for team and leadership development.  A fine example is our Operation Rollerball challenge that is a sophisticated real-time project that requires genuine creativity, innovation and cross-functional collaboration to meet client needs.  More on the fun side of things is our "Versagility" concept.

Operation Rollerball

Rollerball is a sophisticated team project that requires well thought out responses to a demanding client brief.  Teams must produce a creative and highly profitable solution for the client that will win them the lucrative contract.

To achieve optimal results for this client is no easy task, and will require cross-functional communication, planning and execution across three geographically isolated sites.  The end result is a spectacular and original device that will hopefully achive the client's aims.

To add another layer of complexity, the client keeps changing their mind and adding additional requirements to the brief.  Sounds like the real world huh?
