Team Building Amazing Race Style in Australia

The popularity of the reality TV genre cannot be denied, and it's fun to see an iconic CBD location and its surrounds via one of our Amazing Team Races.  These can be tailored to incorporate not only key locations and attractions, but also a wide range of sophisticated team challenge tasks and / or key learning components as required.  We also have original approaches that often have more flexibility for an event planner such as our "Quest" and "Around The World in 80 Minutes" concepts.

The Quest

The Quest is quite simply one of the most versatile and effective team building activity constructs that we have ever created.

It can be utilised in its simplest format as a great conference activity to intelligently get your teams out and about, or loaded with more sophistication to powerfully re-enforce one of our Team or Leadership DNA programmes.

Each team is given a complex set of tailor-made task categories that have varying locations, levels of complexity and risk versus reward to consider (team projects, crytic photo and video tasks, crazy stunts etc) .  With limited time and resources teams need to plan and prioritise which tasks they will tackle.  There are also minimum standards and targets to meet for all task categories that will determine overall team profitability.

Serious consideration is also required as to how they will factor in not just time and space issues but also the team role implications of how each team member contributes.
