Amongst the beautiful bush surroundings of country Victoria’s Healesville the Sabre team had the pleasure of working with senior academics and staff from the RMIT School of Management.
The task at hand was to provide a method of high-end experiential learning that would enable a very bright group to be challenged, whilst also needing to execute a real time project.
A tailored version of our short film and ad making activity “The Agency” was selected to do this.
Carefully composed teams spent a healthy amount of time planning detailed scripts and storyboards before heading out on location to produce films that summarized important business and development messages.
Far from being just another simple and fun team building challenge, this activity format is highly versatile and can incorporate everything from Belbin’s famous behavioural model to highlight diversity in teams, to the inclusion of many real business themes in a fun and entertaining way.
The end result was spectacular indeed, with some clever and entertaining films that also conveyed the intended messages in a clever and original way.
