The Model itself is a world leading tool for understanding human behavior at work, and the profiles and reports generated from the Belbin Interplace system are used worldwide (in over 25 countries and in at least 15 languages) for myriad purposes.
The Belbin Model can be used for a wide variety of applications ranging from personal development to team development, leadership development, conflict resolution, as an aid to recruitment, building project teams, aligning teams and much more.
