We Survived 2021!
Well, it’s been another challenging pandemic year huh?
We feel privileged to have survived both 2020 and now 2021 intact. Great clients have helped us to do so by engaging us for a truly diverse mix of online, hybrid and live event formats across this rather interesting of years.
Naturally for major cities like Melbourne and Sydney (indeed all of Vic and NSW really) clients had significant periods of lockdown. One of our online Team DNA sessions was often the only meaningful way to engage teams forced to work remotely for any team building and development.
Our QLD and WA clients had a better time of it. Here teams were mostly able to undertake at least some in-person event formats, albeit with smaller groups and of course in COVID-Safe ways.
Who knows what 2022 holds for us all? One thing is for sure though, we plan on taking on whatever comes our way just as we have in 20 and 21. Reconnecting teams, attracting and retaining the best people and developing teams will be more critical than ever. And these are things that we can really assist our clients with.
Hopefully this coming year will see a return to reconnecting people more in face to face. formats Whilst Zoom and Teams have been invaluable, they just cannot replace the impact of a live event.
